Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Delays:

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or courier service delays. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of the arrival date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at myuan514@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at myuan514@gmail.com with details of the defect or damage.

Non-returnable Items:

Shipping Costs for Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
